Our Sports Rehabilitation consists of three stages , from recovery of your injury, to the build-up > phase, all the way topfit to be able to perform . Part of the Sport rehabilitation is also sport specific rehabilitation on the sports field, with us or at your sports club . That means that on the soccer field , tennis court , running track or other place, we are entering the final stages to get you completely fit. Your physio from ArenaFysio will regularly consult with your trainer to determine what you can do during a training and how the build-up is progressing. This way we guide you optimally to full sports tax again. The specialists of ArenaFysio are therefore ready to get you fit again.

Sport rehabilitation at ArenaFysio progresses in three stages . Below you can read more about it and you will know what awaits you. Of course, every recovery proceeds differently and some people do it faster than others. The phases are therefore an indication and we determine before each appointment whether we can go a step further or do less. In order to start the next phase, we have to meet a number of conditions, which we will discuss during the first appointment.
During the process you will get more and more independence , so that you learn what you can do to recover strong> promote . See us as the trainer or teacher, who teaches you about your body, what you can do yourself to promote recovery and which exercises are part of that. This way you learn what works best for you, what you feel comfortable with and what you does the best with . .
